Anxiety is a normal response to stress, but when anxiety interferes with work, relationships, or life goals, therapy can help. Using an integrative approach, I help people learn to work with the somatic experience of anxiety in their bodies, address anxious thought patterns and beliefs, and practice new skills to manage and move through anxious feelings.
